Job Description

This position combines end-to-end recruitment, campus engagement, employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques across various platforms to attract top-tier talent. Plan and execute all hiring drives , including campus and lateral recruitments, meeting headcount goals. Oversee background verification for new hires and ensure efficient use of SuccessFactors RCM. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, including pre-onboarding. Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to enhance company image. Cultivate a positive employer brand through social media, career fairs, and networking events. Build and maintain strong university relationships to attract early career talent. Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and internship programs. Knowledge, Education and Experience 7-9 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Automotive Industry. Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting tools e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
