Senior Systems & Reporting Compliance Analyst

The Senior Systems & Reporting Compliance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence by maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our systems. This role supports the staffing divisions leadership through advanced Excel reporting, automation, and JobDiva system management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Administration/Support (~40%)
• Assist in providing company departments with training, integration and admin support in the use of their respective modules.
• Manage JobDiva Job Posting integration to Metasys Website.
• Manage JobDiva candidate portal integration to Metasys website.
• Establish/maintain Job and Submission Coddlers.
• Monitor and serve as primary contact for user enablement and tracking for internal Staffing Tech Stack system users (e.g. JobDiva, VMS Portals, JobBoards, SenseHQ). Includes but is not limited to: add/retire users, profile configuration, basic troubleshooting, resetting passwords).
• Reporting and Data Automation (~30%)
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and compliance reports utilizing advanced Excel toolsPivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and macros—to streamline reporting.
• Automate recurring data processes and validation tasks.
• Build refreshable connections between JobDiva exports and Excel reports.
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles with reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Maintain Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Report Deliverables
• Data Integrity and Compliance (~20%)
• Ensure that compliance is maintained with respect to the accuracy, consistency, trustworthiness and confidentiality of data that exists across the company’s technology systems that support the staffing division while maintaining alignment to the company’s policies, procedures, and processes.
• Conduct audits on client, job, and consultant data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Execute daily, weekly and monthly compliance audits (P1, P3, Onboarding, Bench Candidates).
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit records.
• Process Improvement and Support (~10%)
• Provide support with internal processes that support company compliance and new initiatives for all departments across the organization. Serve as SME to align processes with tool functionality.
• Document and improve internal data entry and reporting processes.
• Provide JobDiva and Excel training to new users.
• Collaborate with teams to implement automation and efficiency improvements.
• Support testing and rollout of new system functionalities.
• Maintain/Track Delivery Sub Tier Process

In addition to the above responsibilities, this analyst will be able and willing to flex and pivot to work on projects or additional responsibilities, as business requirements change.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in reporting, compliance, or operations support (staffing or shared services preferred).
• Advanced Excel: PivotTables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, nested formulas, and basic VBA automation.
  - Hands-on JobDiva experience (admin or super-user level preferred). - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player, ability to collaborate with global teams.
  - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Skilled in documenting processes and building Excel automation templates
