Job Description

Job Description:

Oversee end-to-end system administration and infrastructure management for reconciliation systems
Lead and mentor a team of administrators and technical support staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and implement patches and upgrades
Collaborate with database and application teams for integrated issue analysis and resolution
Ensure daily reconciliation processes run smoothly, with timely escalation of discrepancies
Prepare and maintain system documentation, logs, and SOPs for audit and compliance
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system or reconciliation failures and ensure preventive measures
Coordinate with client-side technical teams for issue resolution, testing, and deployment
Maintain data security, access controls, and compliance with organizational IT policies
Support automation initiatives and performance improvement efforts

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration
Hands-on experience with Oracle/MySQL databases
Scripting experience in Shell / Batch / PowerShell
Familiarity with Reconciliation or Banking applications (preferably BFSI domain)
Understanding of network configuration, firewalls, and security protocols
Experience in log analysis, system monitoring tools, and incident management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
Effective decision-making and time management skills.
Proactive approach toward process improvement and issue prevention.

Certifications: Linux Administration, Database Administration, or Cloud technologies
