Job Description

Bachelor s or master s degree in international trade, Science commerce, international trade, logistics, business, or allied education background. 3-4 years of professional experience in customer service & logistics or allied functions including order handling, and transportation. Fluent in the English language (both verbal & written), with good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Tools and must have Knowledge of MS Excel in combing and analyzing data. Awareness of ERP tools. (e.g. - SAP, Oracle, etc.), Material master updating and validation. Basic Reporting & Data Visualization working knowledge of various quality tools excellent communication skills and strong command over English language/ language off support in the region Excellent analytical ability, logical approach towards problem-solving Team Orientation, Quality Mindset, Communication, Stakeholder Management Experience Experience with SAP R/3 SD, CRM, MS office, and E-commerce High sense of responsibility and accuracy. Proficient in advanced Excel and have knowledge of Business Warehouse. Self-starter with the ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements. Ability to influence management, problem-solving skills, and manage relationships with global teams. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions. Excellent written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills. Individuals should have a strong understanding of cross-functional activities. The broad responsibilities would be to work with process setup for Operations across regions. This involves: Responsible for Process order consumption and Maintenance & Reporting Activities. Responsible for creating and updating Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Process Maps. Responsible for developing and running various reports and performing data analytics. Process order Follow-ups with finance. Support all departmental Process orders for all supported regions. Coordinate with all regional stakeholders. Participate/assist in ad hoc tasks with key stakeholders. Mentor and Support Team Members in New transitional tasks and responsibilities. Specific Tasks that might require to support the department and the Line of Business.
