Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor / Production Head to oversee daily factory operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in production management, and the ability to optimize processes while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Independently manage day-to-day factory operations to meet production targets. Supervise and coordinate a team of supervisors and laborers to achieve maximum output with minimal resources. Develop and execute effective labor and supervisor work plans to optimize productivity. Manage interactions with suppliers and customers to address quality and delivery-related issues. Coordinate with labor contractors and maintain accurate attendance, PF, and ESIC records . Foster team-building and problem-solving skills to enhance workforce efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve manpower and machine-related challenges in a timely manner. Oversee transport arrangements and follow-ups for seamless operations. Maintain accurate reports on all activities and communicate effectively with senior management. Supervise store stock keeping and ensure proper inventory management Execute all factory-related tasks with self-motivation and a proactive approach . Knowledge & Skills: Education: Graduate/Diploma/Degree in a relevant field. Experience: 8 to 10 years, with at least 1-2 years in a mid-level management role . Skills: Strong team management and leadership skills . Proficiency in basic computer operations .
