Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the service team and ensure smooth floor operations.
  • Take guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage table allocations, service, order taking, and billing oversight.
  • Train and motivate stewards to maintain service standards.
  • Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams.
  • Handle guest escalations and ensure prompt resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years experience in F&B service with at least 1 year as Captain.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and guest handling ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure during rush hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
