Cloud Platform Team at Druva drives the backbone of everything SaaS-related. This team designs and develops features that cater to both Customer-facing needs and internal stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in evolving Druvas architecture, as the company scales further. Key focus areas for the Platform Organization includes Druva Cloud Platform, Product-Led Growth (PLG), MSP Solutions, Ecosystem Integrations, Licensing, Billing, and Revenue Systems. By tackling these critical domains, the team ensures Druva s platform remains robust, scalable, and ready for the future About Role : As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of software modules owned by a team. Your primary focus will be on the development of all backend server-side components and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their code and designs to ensure that they are writing well-designed and high-quality code. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will need to collaborate across teams. Key Skills 6+ years of experience, preferably in a product company. Extensive hands-on experience in Go/Python/C++/Java on Unix/Linux or Windows platform Excellent programming skills along with Data structures, Algorithms, Design Concepts Experience in working with Microservices Experience in Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS) Experience with third party API integrations at scale (preferred) Desirable Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum etc. Knowledge of the SaaS OR Backup domain will be an advantage. Working knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes will be an advantage Role and Responsibilities: Play key role in design/development of features. Gathering understanding requirements. Design, development implementation independently. Will be able to work on end-to-end features. Qualification B.Tech / B.E / M.E. / M.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent
