Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Research Engineer to join our team at NETRADYNE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research engineering and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and systems.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing of existing products and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement new research projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project goals.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and researchers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform research decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate research collaborations.
