Senior Staff Engineer, Servicenow (Servicenow Developer)

Job Description

Mandatory Skills: HRSD,ITSM,ServiceNow,SPM Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in Service Portal, Integrations. Hands-on experience in at least two modules HRSD, SPM, IAM, ITAM, GRC, HAM, CSM, Service Portal and ITSM module. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems. Strong understanding of ITIL principles. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop and implement technical solutions and conduct component Integration Tests. Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS). Work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations. Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
