Job Description

Role Overview: As part of bp's Customers & Products (C&P) Business area, you will be joining the Business and Technology Centre (BTC) in Pune, India. Your role is to provide business support for bp's suite of logistics systems. This involves ensuring prompt resolution of system issues, conducting root cause analysis, and reporting. Collaborating closely with internal and external customers is key to delivering an enhanced customer experience and driving innovation in logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: - Solve systems issues by liaising with relevant support teams and actively participating in issue resolution. - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address root causes of system issues and data errors. - Work closely with Regional Logistics Analysts, Sales Managers, and Terminal teams to maintain accurate data in logistics systems. - Document and update logistics systems and processes, identify opportunities for automation or improvement, and implement enhancements. - Support Sales Teams by incorporating customer requirements into logistics systems and processes. - Respond and adapt to organizational and operational changes to minimize customer impact. - Provide business support during planned and unplanned logistics system outages across ANZ. - Represent the Logistics Team on system projects or user forums, and complete user acceptance testing as needed. Qualifications Required: - Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business/Logistics systems) or significant industry experience. - Previous experience in a client-facing system support role, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and prevention. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions quickly. - Excellent time management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to build and maintain Power BI reports. - Exceptional communication skills and customer management. - Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and driving better performance. - Ability to multitask, manage conflicting priorities, and provide business systems support to end users. - Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
