Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Senior Specialist AI Governance with 5-10 years of experience to join our team at Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI systems.
Design and maintain data governance programs to ensure data quality, security, and integrity.
Provide expert guidance on AI ethics, privacy, and security best practices to stakeholders.
Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in AI governance.
Develop training programs to educate employees on AI governance principles and practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning.
Experience with data governance tools and technologies, such as data warehouses and data lakes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI, including GDPR and HIPAA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
