Senior Sourcing Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Sourcing Engineer at microfactory.tech located in Ahmedabad. As a Sourcing Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will involve supplier evaluation, supplier development, supplier quality assurance, procurement, and supply chain management. You will work closely with the supplier network and ensure high-quality sourcing services for our global clients. Qualifications Strong skills in supplier evaluation, supplier development, and supplier quality assurance Experience in procurement and supply chain management Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials Excellent communication and negotiation skills Visit suppliers and qualify them and on-board them Prepare RFQs, select suppliers, procure samples, manage operations, logistic and complete product life cycle Attention to detail and ability to analyze supplier capabilities Ability to work collaboratively and independently Proficiency in relevant software and tools like Solidworks, AutoCAD.
