What You’ll Do As a Senior Solutions Engineer , you’ll collaborate closely with the global Solutions Consulting team to design and deliver innovative solutions that demonstrate the power of the Sprinklr platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll become an expert on the Sprinklr platform, supporting both pre-sales activities and internal solution development. Your work will directly impact sales success by building compelling, high-impact product demonstrations, tailored proposals, and internal tools that help scale our global presales efforts. In this role, you will: Partner with Solutions Consultants globally to understand customer goals and pain points. Design and build tailored Sprinklr demonstrations that showcase platform value and drive sales conversations. Create engaging customer insights content to support pipeline generation and customer value realization. Support the proposal development process by aligning Sprinklr’s capabilities to client objectives. Become a subject matter expert on the Sprinklr platform and a go-to resource for creative solution engineering. Identify opportunities to automate and scale demo assets, tools, and workflows across the team. Lead and contribute to internal tools and initiatives that enhance Solutions Consulting productivity. Continuously enhance your technical acumen and presentation skills to deliver high-quality customer engagements. Passionate about learning and development, with a strong interest in technology and customer success. What You’ll Need 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or consulting role. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, customer service, digital advertising, or research. Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling stories. Basic technical understanding of cloud platforms or web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS) is a plus. Prior experience working with enterprise SaaS solutions is preferred.
