Senior Solution Specialist - Cloud & Data Center

As a Cloud Platform Architect, you will be responsible for the overall development of a robust, scalable, and cloud-based platform. Your role will involve implementing and overseeing the cloud computing strategy within the organization. This includes mapping cloud adoption plans, application design, and cloud management and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex network and computer system issues. - Manage and administer servers, networks, and applications such as DNS, FTP, and Web. - Maintain the internal network structure of a data center by managing routers and ensuring their functionality. - Install, configure, and maintain switches, servers, firewalls, and hard drives. - Troubleshoot network systems to identify and resolve performance issues. - Provide solutions for integrating various technologies to address complex problems. - Design plans and lead initiatives for optimizing and restructuring network architecture. - Stay updated on network administration and firmware integration. - Monitor the environmental conditions of the data center to ensure optimal performance of servers and routers. - Perform system repairs and update software/operating systems. - Calibrate and monitor data center servers for efficient performance. - Collaborate with IT handlers, sales teams, and data center managers to develop action plans for enhanced operations. - Inspect power and cooling systems to ensure operational efficiency. - Organize data center equipment floor space for easy accessibility. - Resolve operational, infrastructure, or hardware incidents within the data center.
