Job Title Technical Quality Assurance
Job summary
: You will be responsible for testing product implementation and configurations for Fiserv Banking Products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct testing to create and maintain client configurations and profiles in the Oracle database, focusing on data accuracy and system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, DT, and other Quality Assurance teams to support the delivery of Banking implementations and organizational initiatives.
- Participate in new division-wide initiatives by providing operational support and performing analytical functions during testing phases.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of business rules and configurability options associated with Fiserv banking products and services to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Assist in Quality Assurance activities by conducting manual testing, implementing Automated frameworks ensuring adherence to testing processes, and identifying defects to maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with Clients and Project Managers through emails, calls, Salesforce CRM, ServicePoint cases, and incidents to provide configuration maintenance and support during testing and implementation phases.

Technical Expertise (Mandatory-if applicable)
- Strong Testing Skills: The Test Professional should possess a solid foundation in testing methodologies, techniques, and tools specific to the banking and payments domain.
- SQL Knowledge: Understanding of SQL for database testing and data validation is essential for ensuring accurate configuration and profile setups.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA Processes: Proficiency in SDLC phases, quality assurance processes, and deployment cycles is crucial for effective testing and quality control.
- Experience with CRM & Defect Tracking Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and defect tracking tools can streamline defect management and reporting processes.
- Testing Configuration Setup: Performing comprehensive testing of client profiles, ensuring accurate configuration and DGF setup for various banking products.
- Test Planning and Execution: Developing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring thorough testing of upgrades, configuration changes, and code fixes.
- Deployment Support: Providing testing support during deployments, change management processes, and being available for weekend testing or production events.
