Senior software Engineer - Test Hub Enhancing the testing tool by adopting modern backend technologies. Building and engineering a high-velocity, growing business built around the web, mobile, and desktop test automation market. Tech stack: C++, C#, Delphi, Windows programming (COM, WinApi), GUI (DevExpress) About the role As a Senior C++ Engineer , you will have the opportunity to build and engineer a high-velocity, growing business built around the web, mobile, and desktop test automation market. Developing one of the key SmartBear products. Coordinating efforts and integrations between frontend and backend teams. Contributing to and leading technical discussions and requirement analysis with internal partners to drive alignment with product needs. Driving high engineering standards by engaging in peer design and code reviews, grooming sessions, etc. Ensuring test coverage and code quality are in line with established guidelines. Collaborating with teams of developers, testers, UX designers, and product managers geographically across different locations. We are looking for you if you have: Extensive experience in software engineering using C++. Knowledge of Delphi (Even though we are moving away from it, it remains part of the source code). 6+ years of experience developing backend solutions. Experience with Windows Programming. Experience in CI/CD pipelines driving automation and quality, and building SDKs. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and writing maintainable code with good tests. Knowledge of design patterns and performance best practices. BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. English language skills at least B2 level.
