Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in JavaScript and React.js to lead and contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux ) and be adept at building reusable components and front-end libraries. This role requires a collaborative problem solver who ensures robust application development and maintains high coding standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop user-facing features using React.js and implement well-known React workflows such as Redux or Flux . Build and optimize reusable React components and front-end libraries for long-term use. Integrate RESTful APIs with front-end components to ensure seamless communication with backend services. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code. Write well-structured, efficient, and testable JavaScript code , adhering to best coding practices. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications, addressing usability issues as needed. Review and enhance existing codebases, planning for future upgrades and improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to ensure smooth development and implementation of new features. Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in React.js . Technical Expertise: Proficiency in React.js, Redux, React Hooks, React Router, and JavaScript (ES6+). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles . Expertise in handling RESTful APIs and JSON-based communication . Experience with frontend performance optimization and debugging tools . Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows . Exposure to TypeScript, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. Willingness to learn and adapt to new frameworks and technologies. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
