Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Job Location: Pune Job Description: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Work closely with developers and product owners to ensure that software defects are identified and resolved in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the code. Continuously improve and optimize the automation framework and test suite to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in automation testing. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing. Strong proficiency in Java programming language. Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and related automation frameworks. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
