Job Description

Job Title: Sr Software Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

DevOps and AI engineer to build production-level reference architecture applications.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in best practice SDLC and CI/CD concepts, has built GitHub Action pipelines, utilized IaC tools like Terraform, has leveraged AI with the DevOps lifecycle, experienced in AWS cloud environment, has built DR site and has administered/managed Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle best practices (build, test, deploy to preview environments, code quality scans etc) and experience implementing all or parts of that lifecycle

Proficient in building GitHub Action pipelines

Proficiency in IaC in tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

AWS expertise in provisioning account-level configurations and services (API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS) either manually or thru IaC tools

Proficient at debugging AWS cloud network, access or configuration issues

Kubernetes expertise in deploying and debugging deployment related issues

Experienced with DR site IaC provisioning and fail-over

Proficient in leveraging AI throughout the CI/CD pipeline

Experienced working within Agile SDLC environments (Kanban or Scrum)

Required Qualifications:

Good communication skills and collaborates well with 4-8 years of experience

Responsible and trusted employee that raises questions and concerns early and often.

Comfortable working in an Agile fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and self-sufficient and is willing to learn and work in environment with only directional guidance and minor hand-holding

Strong project management skills, with experience delivering complex automation initiatives.
