Senior Software Engineer II / I (Node.JS)

As a Senior Software Engineer I/II at Contentstack, you will be part of a tribe dedicated to pursuing equity among communities, employees, partners, and customers. Here are the key responsibilities: - Write and review maintainable, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on Test-Driven Development (TDD). - Support and enhance the architecture and framework of applications, defining technical solutions from design through development, coding, and unit testing. - Document technical designs using various diagrams and wireframes. - Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure architectural standards and best practices are followed. - Help improve processes, adopt tools for faster release cycles, increased velocity, and quality. - Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members for their career development. The required skill sets for this role include expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, Typescript, and AWS or any other cloud platform. You should have relevant experience ranging between 5 - 10 years, good working experience in Microservices based architecture, knowledge in MongoDB and Redis, expertise in cloud development and deployment, experience in managing/mentoring development teams, and the ability to accurately estimate software development tasks.
