Location : Baner, Pune, Maharashtra , India Experience : 5-7 years Qualifications - Advanced degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field 5-7 years of professional software development experience Technical Requirements: Proven expertise in full-stack development using: Backend technologies: Python Django, Node.js, Frontend frameworks and technologies, REST API design and implementation Demonstrated proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL Strong version control skills with Git and advanced Git-flow workflows Technical Competencies: Advanced knowledge of web application architecture Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns Expertise in test-driven development (TDD) Proficiency with testing frameworks like Jest Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS Lambda (preferred) Strong background in API integration techniques Pair programming experience Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven track record of working effectively in remote and distributed teams Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
