.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, secure, and globally scalable systems deployed on AWS. You'll collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers to deliver fault-tolerant microservices and cloud-native solutions that safeguard complex ecosystems. Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant microservices on AWS using Golang and related technologies
- Ensure code quality through rigorous unit and integration testing, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and DevOps, to align technical execution with business goals
- Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability and performance across distributed systems
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB) to design efficient and consistent data models
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and team mentorship to foster engineering excellence
- Implement observability best practices through logs, metrics, and tracing to monitor system health and uptime
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with proven expertise in Golang, and proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, Fargate, S3, and CloudWatch
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, and DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in working with Git-based workflows and modern agile development environments
- Solid understanding of database management across both relational and NoSQL systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with React or Angular frameworks
- Strong grasp of observability and monitoring tools for production environments
