What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
9-12 years of professional programming experience.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Proficiency in C# and SQL; experience with REST APIs, WCF, and WinForms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Visual Studio and Git.
Understanding of source control best practices.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in financial services, ideally asset management.
