Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our team
This role requires strong backend expertise in Java or Go (Golang), solid understanding of data-driven systems, and the ability to contribute on the frontend when needed
The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, performant systems and mentoring junior engineers

Qualifications

Strong experience with Java or Go programming language
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL NoSQL like MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery)
Knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, streaming systems like Kafka, batch processing with Spark/Flink is a plus)
Exposure to at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or similar)
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or gRPC
Experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP/AWS)
Proficient with Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Advantageous to have experience on below: Experience in retail media / ad-tech or data-heavy domains
Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
Exposure to machine learning data pipelines
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana
Familiarity with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration
Good to have AWS/GCP certification
