Job Description

Job Summary:

Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Build automation for deployment, configuration management, scaling, recovery
Participate in incident management: detection, response, post-mortem, RCA (root cause analysis)
Design and implement self-healing systems, automated remediation
Optimize system performance, latency, capacity planning
Collaborate with development teams to bake reliability into features from the start
Develop tooling, dashboards, alerts, and monitoring (e g Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, etc )
Maintain runbooks, documentation, and operational procedures
Evaluate new infrastructure and technology tools to improve reliability
