Job Description Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Advocate for and implement automation processes to enhance testing efficiency. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts; organize test execution and oversee results analysis to identify and address defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product Management, Operations) to ensure alignment on product requirements and quality standards. Establish metrics and KPIs for quality performance, report progress to stakeholders, and ensure continuous feedback loops. Conduct risk assessments throughout the SDLC, providing insights into potential quality impacts from system changes. Mentor and train QA team members on testing techniques, tools, and best practices; foster a culture of quality within the organization. Evaluate current QA processes and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for enhanced quality outcomes. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to Duck Creek Claims platform.
