Job Description

Senior Software Engineer
Job Purpose
Manage SFDC Delivery & Production Issue Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for business requirements, technical design, business test cases, change process management, and status reporting of SFDC Orgs.

Execute and liaise with end users for SFDC requirements.

Develop scalable, secure, and customized solutions using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet business requirements.

Create and configure custom objects, automation tools, and workflows tailored to streamline organizational processes.

Diagnose, resolve, and document technical problems to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.

Continuously learn and adopt new features, tools, and Salesforce solutions to deliver innovative, cutting-edge services.

Perform SFDC administration/governance activities and complete production support.

Ensure timely delivery with the help of business partners.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum qualificationGraduation in computers/electronics.

4-7 years of experience in Salesforce application development, software engineering, and working with the Salesforce ecosystem.

Experience in implementing projects in the finance domain.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Interest and passion for working on IT applications and projects that support businesses.

Thorough knowledge of business processes.

Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, HTML, and CSS; familiarity with Python, MySQL, or other database tools.

Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce pages, automation tools, and dashboards.

Experience with integration of SFDC with other applications (using AppExchange or web services).
