About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven

Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

to join our high-performing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering robust backend features, collaborating with peers to build scalable systems that power our next-gen products.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
Deliver high-quality, well-documented code through systematic coding practices and thorough peer reviews.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
Own features end-to-end—from ideation and design to deployment and monitoring.
Participate in code reviews, mentoring sessions, and technical discussions to elevate team capabilities.
Maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity, continuity, and ease of future development.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
M-Tech or advanced degree a plus
Hackathon participation and accolades are a plus

Must have skills

Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and system design principles.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, and Kafka.
Experience developing and scaling backend services in distributed environments.
Familiarity with software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

Good to have skills

Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or applied AI techniques.
Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and team-building activities.
Interest or experience in fostering a positive team culture through planning and engagement.
