Senior Software Engineer -Backend

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend systems and APIs that support our AI-driven platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services with frontend applications. Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability through best practices and innovative solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions to improve application functionality and user experience. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. What We re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in backend engineering or a similar role. Hand on experience in LLM , NLP Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, or Python Strong experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling. Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
