The Role Redica Systems is looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and optimizing our mission-critical applications, websites, and infrastructure. We are seeking a developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience who thrives in solving complex problems, demonstrates strong analytical thinking, and stays curious about emerging technologies. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to enhance the systems performance, scalability, and reliability Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications, handling both frontend and backend development Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code across the entire stack (front-end and back-end) Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and database schema Develop and maintain reusable frontend components Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to foster knowledge sharing and uphold code quality Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system issues to improve functionality Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack About you Tech Savvy: Effectively anticipates and adopts innovations in business-building technology solutions, staying up-to-date with data advancements and incorporating them into work processes
