Job Title: UX Designer Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our products. As a UI/UX Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, turning concepts into user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a passion for design aesthetics, and a deep understanding of user-centric principles. Role and Responsibilities - Hands-on experience in UI/UX development, collaborating with other development specialists to ensure that every user interaction aligns with the overall vision set by the UI/UX team. - Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and design artifacts, transforming them into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. - Stay abreast of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. - Work closely with the testing team to incorporate feedback into the design. - Take ownership of the design and usability of SISA Products alongside team members. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate the functionality and appearance of websites and applications. - Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. - Identify and troubleshoot UI problems, ensuring responsiveness and a seamless user experience. - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Additional User Experience Design Points - Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process. - Create user personas and user journey maps to enhance the understanding of user needs. - Implement user testing methodologies to validate design decisions. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of user experiences. - Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. - Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. - Implement accessibility standards to create inclusive user experiences. - Iterate on designs based on analytics, user feedback, and evolving business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and align them with user needs. - Foster a user-centered design culture within the organization through workshops and training sessions. Education Qualification - Any Graduation/Post Graduation. Required Skills - Proficiency in ideation and creation of UI development deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes. - Experience with various design and development software, including Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Mockups. - Strong attention to detail. - Team player with excellent communication skills. - Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks. - Knowledge of modern web technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and bootstrap. Personal Attributes - Strong communication skills and IT fluency. - Excellent client relationship building and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Self-motivated and open to managing complex projects with multitasking abilities. - Excellent organizational skills.
