Senior Software Developer/Tech Lead - Java Frameworks

You are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Tech Lead Java) with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. As a Tech Lead Java, you will be responsible for leading agile teams, mentoring developers, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring successful product delivery in fast-paced environments. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications and RESTful APIs. You will collaborate with product managers and architects to define technical solutions, guide and mentor team members in best coding practices, drive code reviews, troubleshoot critical production issues, and advocate for continuous improvement in tools, processes, and systems. To excel in this role, you should have a solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), system design, and design patterns. Experience with AWS Cloud services is a strong advantage.
