Key Responsibilities: Work with a fantastic group of people in a supportive environment where training, learning and growth are embraced Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications in C++ and .NET. Implement and manage AWS cloud technologies, focusing on commonly used services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Enhance application security measures and implement best practices to safeguard sensitive data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software on time. Take ownership of projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives. Translate financial requirements into technical solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial terms and processes. Work as part of an agile team to identify and deliver solutions to prioritized requirements Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and usability. Support and enhance existing solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++, .NET software development. Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL & GIT. Familiarity with T-bricks solutions by Broadridge. Cloud Technologies: AWS (S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with UI framework like Angular is a plus.
