Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Java) Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full-time Experience: 6+ Years About the Role: We seek a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of secure and scalable SaaS applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive innovation in enterprise-grade systems. If you have deep expertise in Java, Spring, and microservices, along with an eye for security and performance, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable Java-based SaaS applications Implement secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security Lead the integration and implementation of JBoss BPM Suite (jBPM) for business process automation Apply microservices architecture to build modular systems Make key architectural decisions aligned with business and technical objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements Support CI/CD processes and cloud deployment strategies Core Technical Skills: Java Ecosystem: Advanced proficiency with Java 21 , including modern language features Deep experience with Spring Boot , Spring Framework , and Spring Security Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and role-based access control Proven experience with JBoss BPM Suite (jBPM) Solid grasp of microservices architecture and service orchestration Python & R (Good to Have): Experience developing Python and/or R-based applications Ability to integrate Python/R services with Java-based platforms Knowledge of data analysis using Python or R libraries Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems Exposure to Apache Spark for big data processing Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications Comfortable working in Agile environments Skills in database design , query tuning, and performance optimization Why Join Us?
