About the Role: As a Senior Software Developer at Aark Connect, you'll engage in contract-based projects, collaborating closely with our teams to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Engage actively in diverse software development projects, aligning closely with evolving client expectations. - Quickly assimilate project requirements and deliver high-quality code efficiently. - Collaborate seamlessly with both offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear communication and timely deliveries. - Participate proactively during project onboarding and requirement analysis phases. Expectations: - Be readily available to commence projects with a two-week notice period, allowing adequate preparation to understand the scope and requirements thoroughly. - Communicate clearly and maintain responsiveness throughout active project periods. - Effectively manage project deliverables alongside your current professional commitments, if applicable. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. - Solid expertise in modern development frameworks (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to thrive in flexible, contract-based work environments. Work Environment: - Remote or hybrid flexibility available (preferred base: Hyderabad). - Night shift working hours (7:00 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
