Role Overview: As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in our high-performing engineering team. Your main focus will be on end-to-end development, with an emphasis on creating scalable and maintainable backend systems. You will also be involved in integrating with modern front-end frameworks and contributing to important architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including architecture planning, development, testing, and deployment. - Design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure microservices. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives and support product development. - Write clean, high-performance, and maintainable code to ensure software quality. - Manage cloud-based infrastructure and deployment pipelines effectively. - Implement and follow best practices in agile methodologies like SCRUM, SAFe, or similar approaches. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core. - Familiarity or at least 1 year of experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or VueJS. - Proficiency in microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred) or GCP. - Strong understanding of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and stored procedures. - Proficiency in TypeScript/NodeJS, preferably with expertise in NestJS. - Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM/SAFe development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance complex backend systems. - Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong analytical abilities.
