Senior Software Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the architectural direction of our products, focusing on on-premises and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions. This role requires extensive experience in cloud technologies, distributed systems, and software architecture. Requirements and Qualifications: Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of software development experience. 5+ years of experience in designing and architecting cloud-based SaaS solutions. Strong expertise in cloud solutions, preferably AWS, with multi-cloud deployment knowledge. Proficiency in Distributed Systems and Microservices Architecture. Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Django, and ReactJS. Experience with both Relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Cybersecurity, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies. Preferred experience with HL7/FHIR and DICOM. Experience in building cloud-based digital health solutions is a plus. Knowledge of medical devices, digital health, and/or ultrasound technologies is highly desirable. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide architectural direction for current and future products. Define and drive software architecture for on-premises and cloud applications. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable architectures. Develop software architecture, design plans, and related documentation. Manage a team of engineers and provide high-level technical guidance. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure services and software components. Work with product and engineering leadership to manage the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
