Key Responsibilities

• Build & Execute monthly social media plans for brands & Businesses.
• Lead a 5–8 member creative team (copy, design, video).
• Create high-performing ad copies, scripts & content calendars.
• Track and report performance metrics weekly (CTR, CPC, Engagement).
• Design social media calendars, reel ideas, and campaign themes.
• Develop clear brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency.
• Write/review high-quality captions, scripts, and brand stories.
• Guide design & video teams with creative direction.
• Research trends, audiences, and competitor positioning.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine strategy.
• Present monthly performance and positioning reports.
• Manage a 5–8 member creative team.
• Should have a very clear understanding of all aspects of digital marketing Services

Required Skills

• 2–5 years in digital marketing, content, or strategy (agency experience preferred).
• Must have a Certificate or Diploma in Digital Marketing of at least 6 Months from a recognized institution.
• Proven success managing Brand Campaigns & Content Strategies.
• Excellent writing, reporting & leadership skills.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand tone development.
• Skilled in campaign ideation, copywriting, and creative brief creation.
• Understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (basic level).
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategy accordingly.
