Senior SME - SIEM

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for ArcSight SIEM Tools Administrator and Cybersecurity General Administrator, and Level 3 support for Sentinel SIEM Tool Design SME, Securonix SIEM Tools Expert, and Network Traffic Analysis Administrator. Your primary focus will be on configuring and optimizing SIEM systems, leading incident response efforts, conducting digital forensics investigations, and collaborating with other IT and security teams. Key Responsibilities: - Expert knowledge of threat detection techniques and tools - Leading incident response efforts, including advanced techniques for containment, eradication, and recovery - Conducting in-depth digital forensics investigations - Configuring and optimizing SIEM systems - Deep understanding of log analysis techniques and tools - Identifying patterns and anomalies in large datasets - Integrating threat intelligence into monitoring and response processes - Working closely with other IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage - Leading coordination of response efforts during major incidents - Evaluating and improving security processes and procedures - Leading and mentoring junior analysts and team members - Providing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills Qualifications Required: - Engineer with B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree - Mandatory / Desirable Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GIAC SOC, GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), SANS SEC504: Hacker Tools, Techniques, Exploits, and Incident Handling Additional Company Details: The company is located in India, specifically in Bengaluru.
