Job Description: We are currently seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our construction projects, from design to completion. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure plans and specifications are followed accurately. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or modifications as required. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven working experience in civil engineering, specifically in real estate projects. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software. Project management and supervision skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
