Senior Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Site Supervision: Direct and coordinate activities of the site engineering team, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and resolve any engineering issues that arise during the construction process. Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work complies with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters Degree is a plus) Perks and benefits
