Immediate Hiring for Senior ServiceNow Development -Harita Techserv Location: Bangalore Experience: 10 to 15 years Notice Period: Immediate joiner Note: Initially 3 months' work from Office after that Hybrid (Weekly Twice) Skills Mandatory: ServiceNow Development, Integration, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or HR Service Delivery CSA Certified is must Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the US-based team to understand and refine user stories and requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories in ServiceNow. Configure, develop, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, based on provided user stories. Collect necessary requirements and create user stories independently, if needed. Implement and maintain ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD solutions in line with the company's ServiceNow framework. Perform testing and quality assurance for developed features, ensuring alignment with US team standards. Leverage no-code tools such as Workflow Studio for all development work in the platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
