Role & responsibilities Responsible for the repair, installation, commissioning, and servicing of vacuum pumps and systems, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues. Identifying the correct spare parts to resolve product issues and communicating the necessary information to the respective sales team for further action. Writing accurate reports in English and submitting them immediately upon completion of site work. Identifying warranty and non-warranty cases and clearly explaining them to customers with proper documentation. Traveling to various locations across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra as required. Creating and maintaining service records in the companys ERP database. Providing feedback to the relevant departments about issues identified on-site, such as incorrect material supply, faulty engineering, or wiring issues. Gathering customer feedback on satisfaction with company services and products. Ensuring compliance with safety standards at all sites. Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in field service and maintenance is preferred. Experience in vacuum pump repair work is highly desirable, with essential skills in mechanical repairs, such as repairing vacuum pumps, centrifugal pumps, and gas compressors using the appropriate tools and methods. Basic understanding of electrical wiring, instrumentation (e.g., temperature and pressure sensors), and PLC operations. Proficient in the use of general tools and measurement instruments. Willingness to travel for outstation visits as required. Physically strong and fit for performing heavy-duty mechanical work. Strong soft skills, including the ability to write reports in English. Basic knowledge of operating a PC or laptop. Proficient in data handling using ERP systems and Excel. Perks and benefits
