Role & responsibilities Installation and Service of Displays (IFPD / Professional Displays / AV Products): Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of displays, ensuring timely and effective delivery that meets customer expectations. Service Ticket Tracking: Oversee the tracking and management of service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with customers. Process Improvement: Analyze and improve installation and service processes, implementing efficient and effective workflows that enhance customer experience and reduce costs. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Installation and Service Engineers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, staying up-to-date with the latest display technologies and trends. Process Improvement: Analyze and improve installation and service processes, implementing efficient and effective workflows that enhance customer experience and reduce costs. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage budgets and costs associated with installation and service delivery, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal waste. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure installation and service performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the display industry. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of display technologies, including LCD, LED, OLED, and interactive displays. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Also ability to speak multiple languages(Eg. Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam) Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
