Job Description

Taking care of customer requirements, complaints, feedback, booking & handling AMC, trouble shooting of machines. Spare parts - stock maintenance & Indent planning. Machine installation at customer premises. Maintenance & updating of individual machine history etc. Sales of wood working machines and solutions. Key Skills Required: Understandable knowledge on Pneumatics i.e. Air flow Valves, Switches. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, convincing and communication skills with the ability to resolve the complex technical issues. Ability to work in fast paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Decision making, resolution to problems and decision making skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Must have knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word). Qualifications: 10+2 in Science Stream and Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
