We are looking for a skilled Senior Savoury Flavorist with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flavor development and a passion for creating innovative culinary experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new flavors and products that meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of flavor launches.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Create and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients and materials.
Manage and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in flavor technology and culinary science.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Savoury Flavorist or similar role in the food industry.
Strong understanding of flavor chemistry, physics, and biology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
