Position: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 7+ Years Location: Hyderabad Work Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM IST Work Mode: Hybrid Joining Period: Should be able to join within 30 days. Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead and manage integration projects involving SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SuccessFactors. Design, implement, and manage integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and provide optimal solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes. Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in integration technologies. Skills: SuccessFactors (SF) with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Integration design and implementation Data consistency and reliability Performance optimization Technical documentation Troubleshooting Project management Mentorship Analytical skills Communication skills Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SuccessFactors integration. Proven track record of successfully leading integration projects. Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. SAP CPI certification is a plus.
