Role & responsibilities SAP FICO Implementation & Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO (FI, CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, HR). Business Process Analysis & Mapping: Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand complex financial processes, gather requirements, and map them to SAP functionality, ensuring alignment with best practices. Customization & Configuration: Provide high-level expertise in configuring SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and more. Integration Management: Oversee integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and business process alignment. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through SAP FICO projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Reporting & Analytics: Design, configure, and deliver advanced financial reports using SAP tools such as Report Painter, SAP BW, FIORI, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Ensure that reports meet client-specific requirements and provide insights for better decision-making. Post-Implementation Support & Optimization: Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO systems, including troubleshooting, system upgrades, performance tuning, and user support. Identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization within the financial systems. End-User Training & Documentation: Deliver comprehensive end-user training on SAP FICO functionalities and provide detailed documentation, ensuring that users are proficient in using the system effectively. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay up to date with new SAP features and best practices, proposing and implementing enhancements that drive business efficiencies and improve financial management. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members, sharing expertise and knowledge to develop the SAP FICO capabilities within the organization. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Finance / Accounting). Minimum 10 years of SAP FI/CO configuration experience. Should have four full lifecycle SAP implementation experiences (Project Preparation through Go-Live and Hyper care) and at least 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations. Strong knowledge of Taxation, P&L, and Balance sheet. Business knowledge and process design skills. Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations. Strong organizational skills. Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
