Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document financial and controlling requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (FI–GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, CO–CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders) based on business needs.
• Perform end-to-end implementation activities including requirement analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Conduct integration testing with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and provide timely production support.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with ABAP team for development.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Prepare project documentation including BPML, test cases, user manuals, and configuration documents.
• Support in data migration, cutover activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) sub-modules.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation and multiple support/enhancement projects.
• Good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
• Ability to create functional specs and work with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in GST, taxation, asset accounting, banking interfaces, and standard reporting is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
