We provide 24X7X365 operations support, engineering and delivery across PayPal Job Description Your way to impact Strong proficiency in SAP ECC, BW,BOBJ,S4HANA,BW4HANA,SLT, SAC, SAP FPSL, BTP Integration Suite Framework components and technologies, concepts, architecture, and techniques, with hands-on experience in implementations and support. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP BTP framework components Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, SAP Enterprise Cloud) Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and alignment driving skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower team members to achieve their full potential. Provide technical leadership in a high-performing engineering and operations team to build and scale a highly secure, reliable, data warehousing, reporting and analytical solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, application owners, and software engineers to define platform requirements and priorities. Architect scalable integrations, build end to end automations . Your day to day Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Integrations between different source and target environment, develop end to end automation solutions ensuring optimal performance and scalability Expertise required on S/4HANA Conversion- minimum one end-to-end conversion. End to End managing SAP HANA Database , HANA cluster, HA, DR, log replication setup, performance tuning and optimization. Good to have S/4HANA conversion certified Experience in S/4HANA Conversion readiness activities Support SAP applications like S4HANA, BW4HANA, BTP, BOBJ, SAC, SAP FPSL Fiori administration, oversee performance testing, benchmarking for new IT stack (HANA + OS) to find performance issue before sign-off for production implementation using data-driven approach. Experience in Designing, deploy and migrate the SAP ECC system in on premise and on public cloud Experience in HA and DR setup for HANA system and other databases Must have Exposure to supporting large SAP database implementations Must have experience in Disaster Recovery, High Availability and Archiving Solutions What do you need to bring- Lead the design and architecture of SAP Application components.
